We were in the smaller of the three apartments. But it had everything we needed. We wanted to be in the Windansea neighborhood because we lived there once. There's a bakery nearby and we enjoyed having breakfast in the outdoor area. There were some outside lights going on and off late into the night - didn't bother us but we were curious. I always like to know how many stairs are involved (I wish airbnb made that a requirement in the listing) and as I remember there were no stairs. A nice touch - ice cubes in the freezer. Street parking was no problem (also wish airbnb required that info).

My stay at this place was pleasant, it is located very close to the beach and in an area where you can go out for a peaceful walk. Vigo and Nikki were always attentive and responded kindly to every question or request

LARGE property, I think it's listed as a 2 bedroom, but it's quite large. Check-in is easy, easy street parking (everyone there parks in the street). It's on the ground floor, so you don't have to haul your luggage up stairs of anything. Quick loading and unloading. Quiet location, and only a mile from downtown la Jolla, just enough steps to give you an appetite. And Very Clean !

My family and I were on a road trip and we were exhausted of driving so we found this cute spot and it was less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. It was so perfect. We booked at 10 pm and were able to get in with no worries. Host was communicating with us even though it was late at night and that was very appreciated.

Great getaway cottage in La Jolla! After driving across country with my dog, I needed a quiet place close to the beach with lots of walkable trails. This was perfect! Exactly what I needed. Many walks on beach and walks to excellent coffee places. Yum! Nikki was very friendly and proactive - will definitely consider returning if I end up in the area. Thanks Nikki!

We had a great time here. The location was AWESOME! Took us a few minutes to walk to the beach and it was a very safe area. It was awesome for the price. If we come back we will stay here again. I had issues with the lock (all user error) and he came over ASAP to check it out for me. Very attentive host!

The location is absolutely amazing! parking was never a hassle. The elevator is a lifesaver when you carry a lot of luggage. Nikki was sweet and incredibly helpful. I am a travel nurse and stayed here for a six week extension to my hospital contract and loved it.

Nikki's condo was absolutely perfect. Before I even arrived, Nikki was communicative and helpful - willing to work with my needs. The place itself was super cute and everything I needed for a more-than-comfortable stay. The condo is a block from the absolutely stunning Windansea Beach, and a short walk to coffee, food, shops - you name it! I loved not having to drive anywhere, although parking was easy to find. I would gladly stay here again, and highly recommend this beautiful La Jolla gem!
